Our Benefits Package

Medical, Dental & Life Insurance

We are a benefits administration company so our health coverage is top-notch. You'll also have basic group term life insurance coverage of 2x your base salary at no cost.

Paid Time Off

Everyone needs time away from work. Our comprehensive benefits package includes eight paid holidays, two weeks of vacation, five paid time off (PTO) days, and ten days of personal sick time. 

Retirement Savings

Our 401(k) program matches 100% of your contribution, up to the first 4%.  We also make an additional annual contribution of 4% on your behalf. 

Tuition Assistance

We believe in supporting your continuing education. Take advantage of tuition assistance for courses related to your current job or a future promotional opportunity.

Paid Family Leave

You can take up to 12 weeks of leave (at 67% of your weekly wage) to care for a family member's serious health condition, bond with a new child, or help when an immediate family member is called to active military duty.

Supplemental Short Term Disability

If you qualify, our Supplemental Short Term Disability benefit provides payment equal to 75% of regularly scheduled hours at your regular rate of pay.

Long Term Disability

You are automatically enrolled in our Long Term Disability plan after one year at the company if you are scheduled for 20 or more hours per week. This benefit equals 60% of your base monthly earnings. 

Wellness Programs

Our wellness programs offer a variety of tools, services, and programs to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. There are even financial incentives for participating in some programs!

Volunteer Time Off

We recognize the importance of giving back to the communities we serve. You are encouraged to volunteer in your community and will receive one Volunteer Time Off (VTO) day per year to do so!

Vacation Donation

Through our Vacation Donation program, you can donate time off to employees in need or receive additional time off from your coworkers to handle family emergencies or unplanned personal situations.
